Emergency Roof Inspection, explained.
After a storm, almost every homeowner asks the same thing: how bad is it? An emergency inspection answers that. We check the roof surfaces, flashings, vents and edges for damage that is letting water in, and for damage that can wait.
You receive photographs, a plain description of what was found and a priority order, so you can protect the home first and plan the rest.

Is the inspection a repair?
No. It finds and documents damage. If something must be covered right away we can do that as a separate step.
Will you walk on a damaged roof?
Only when it is safe. Otherwise we use a drone and photos taken from safe positions.
Can I use the report for insurance?
Many owners share photographs and findings with their insurer. Coverage decisions are made by the insurer.
